File a Complaint or Submit Third-Party Testimony

 The complaint procedure is highlighted under Section 3 of the Accreditation Operating Procedures (AOP). The Commission provides a portal to submit complaints against APA-accredited programs or the Commission itself. We offer the opportunity to provide third-party comment concerning an APA-accredited program's qualifications for accreditation.

Policies regarding provision of third-party testimony can be found under Section 4 of the AOP. The CoA can accept third-party testimony on programs that are currently accredited AND on those applying for initial accreditation.

All third-party comment must include the name of the person(s) or the party(ies) represented by the testimony and issues must be limited to a program’s consistency with the Standards of Accreditation.
